What can I expect on the day of my princess party?

Each party package is a little different and tailored to your unique experience. However, there is a general format for princess parties that you can expect on the day of your event.

Your princess will text you to let you know she is on her way to your event and her arrival time. She will also message you when she arrives so you may let her know when you’re ready for her to enter. If you don’t see her directly out front - don’t worry! Our performers always try to park a few doors down from your home so party guests don’t see them getting in and out of their carriages!

Once arrived, she will greet the children and perform the royal coronation ceremony for your birthday child (tiara included). Performers are experts at reading the energy of the room, leading groups, and giving you vocal cues about her next activities. Depending on the party package chosen and your requests, activities such as story time, sing-along, hand painting or games will happen next. She brings all party supplies with her. She will simply need a chair for story time and a cup of water for hand painting. Every moment will be filled with making sure your child is having the most magical celebration! As her time at your party begins to come to an end, your princess would love to join in singing Happy Birthday to your child and help them make a wish as they blow out their candles.

There is always time set aside for party guests to take photos with the princess at the end of each party. Once you’ve gotten all group and individual photos you want, she will give final hugs good-bye to her new friends before she heads back to her carriage.

What sets you apart from other companies?

We believe that your loved ones deserve the most authentic interactions, which is why we train our performers to know each character’s specific attributes, including: personality traits, type of language, mannerisms, posture, makeup, voice, and autographs! Thousands of dollars have been invested into costuming and obtaining the appropriate character elements. Our performances are well-oriented and seamless in order to help point the spotlight to your birthday child while also giving you a stress free day. We want everyone to leave your party feeling welcomed, cherished, and thinking, “that was such a wonderful party!”.

Are you Disney Princesses?

No. We do not offer licensed or copyrighted characters. Our characters are completely original or come from stories that are in the public domain. We are not affiliated with any theme parks, publishing companies, studios, production companies, etc.

Do you have Your Own Party Space?

We do not. We come to you! There are lots of great party venues near us, and we are always happy to tell you about our favorite venues should you need ideas.

How far do you travel?

We are available for up to 50 miles of travel from our base in Litchfield, IL, however we do charge a Travel Fee measured from downtown Litchfield. We frequently travel to Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Troy, Maryville, Greenville, O’Fallon, Springfield, and the metro east! Please note that if it takes more than 60 minutes for our performers to travel to your party location, you must book, at least, our 60 Min Party Package.

How far in advance should i book my party?

We typically book 3 months in advance, so please take that into consideration when planning your party. We recommend to book with us first before sending out your party invitations to ensure your character is available for your preferred date and time. Planning a last minute party? Don’t worry! When Should I have my Character(s) arrive?

We recommend having your character(s) arrive at least 15 minutes after your party is scheduled to begin. This allows for all your guests to be comfortably settled in and any late comers won’t miss out on activities! Please help us keep track of the time during your character’s stay. Our characters do not take out their phones while in character and are not always able to check the time. Please be sure to help wrap things up at the time of your scheduled departure!

can my party be held outdoors?

We love to entertain outdoors! However, you must have an indoor backup plan. We have the right to cancel or reschedule our appearance if you do not. Please do not subject us to extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, or winds. We will not perform in these weather elements under any circumstances for our safety and to preserve the quality of our wigs and costumes. We wear costume pieces that easily trap heat - wig caps, wigs, one-piece suits, ballgowns, long sleeves, gloves, etc., or pieces that subject us to the cold without being able to layer with coats. We will also not perform in winds, no exceptions. If our wigs are damaged due to being subjected to winds at your event, you will be billed for damages. Spring & Summer Events: When the outside temperature exceeds 70 degrees we require a shaded spot and fans directed at the performer during our visit. When the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees, we require that the visit takes place indoors. Fall & Winter Events: If the temperature drops below 40 degrees, we require the visit takes place indoors or in a heated tent.

When is payment due?

We require a non-refundable deposit (50%) to be paid through a PayPal invoice within 24 hours of booking your party. This is to reserve your character for your specific date and time. The final balance is due, at the latest, three days before your party. Our characters will not enter your event until it has been fulfilled. No exceptions.

Should I tip my performer?

Gratuity is always appreciated! It helps our performers know whether you enjoyed their performance. If you would like to tip your performer you may do so in cash, discreetly, as she is leaving your event.
