Booking a Party

In order to secure your party date, time, and character(s), we require a non-refundable deposit. Your date, time, and character are not guaranteed until your deposit has been received. We will send you an invoice once you finalize your event after speaking with our royal party planner on the phone. Your deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking or your party date and time will be released to the next client.

Final Balance

Your remaining balance is due three days before your event. Your character will not enter your party until payment has been received. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for some unforeseeable reason, we will work together to reschedule your party as quickly as possible. Your deposit is valid for up to 6 months after your initial event date and then it will expire. We allow up to one reschedule. If you cancel your event for a second time, your deposit is forfeit and your event will not be rescheduled again. Our time is valuable and it takes a large amount of work to coordinate with our performers. While it is very unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any appearance due to serious or contagious illness or injury of the performer or the performer’s family. In this situation, the booking deposit will be put towards a new available event date or refunded.

Character Arrivals

Our characters will arrive at the requested appearance time and will text you upon their arrival. We try not to arrive too early so that all your guests will be at the event before the character makes their appearance. If, for some reason, you do not see the character at the event start time feel free to give us a call. We take pride in arriving right on time and parking a few houses away so little guests don’t see us! If, for some unforeseeable reason, our character is late due to circumstances beyond their control, the character will stay the extended time to compensate for their tardiness.

Safety and Guest Behavior

An adult must be present in the same area as the character and children throughout the entirety of event. If our performers feel unsafe due to a guest’s behavior, the location of a venue, or for any other reason, they have the right to confront a third party to help remove them from the event immediately. Our performers are not responsible for guest’s behavior, and the performer may leave the premises in situations where they feel physically unsafe. This includes both physical and verbal situations. If your performer leaves your event because they are concerned for their safety, you will not be refunded.

Weather - Outside Parties

We love to entertain outdoors. However, you must have an indoor backup plan. We have the right to cancel or reschedule our appearance if you do not. Please do not subject us to extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, or winds. We will not perform in these weather elements under any circumstances for our safety and to preserve the quality of our wigs and costumes. We wear costume pieces that easily trap heat - wig caps, wigs, one-piece suits, ballgowns, long sleeves, gloves, etc., or pieces that subject us to the cold without being able to layer with coats. We will also not perform in winds, no exceptions. If our wigs are damaged due to being subjected to wind at your event, you will be billed for damages. Spring & Summer Events: When the outside temperature exceeds 70 degrees we require a shaded spot and fans directed at the performer during our visit. When the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees, we require that the visit takes place indoors. Fall & Winter Events: If the temperature drops below 40 degrees, we require the visit takes place indoors or in a heated tent.

Party Activities

Our performers will do their best to get through all of the activities listed under each package, however in the event that there are more children than anticipated, the performer is not obligated to complete all activities. If there is an activity you are providing and would like our performers to participate in, please notify us in advance!

Other Entertainment

You must let us know if you will be having some other type of character entertainment at your event. This helps our performers know what to expect so they can ensure the best performance. We will not, unless otherwise agreed upon, work with any other individual or group character impersonators under any circumstances.

 

Gratuity

Tips for our performers are not included in the price of the party. Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated should you wish to reward our performers for their excellent service!
